These terms apply when you use Certlume on the web or in the mobile app. By using it, you agree to them.

The service

Certlume offers practice questions, explanations, mock exams and an AI tutor to help you prepare for AWS certification exams. It is an independent study tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services. We do our best to keep questions and explanations accurate, but we cannot guarantee that they are free of errors or that you will pass an exam. AI answers can be wrong; check important points against the official AWS documentation.

Your account

You need an account to practice. Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in. One account is for one person.

Plans and payment

• The free plan includes one practice quiz in each exam domain a day and a few AI answers.
• Basic and Premium are bought once, for 1 or 3 months. They do not renew automatically, and you will not be charged again unless you buy again.
• Buying the plan you already have adds its time after your current period; buying a higher plan starts at once.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may include tax where it applies. Purchases in the app are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; on the web, by our payment providers.
• If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will look into a refund. This does not limit any refund rights you have by law or under the app store’s rules.

Fair use

Please don’t copy or republish the question bank, scrape the service, share your account, or try to get around its limits or security. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop parts of the service. You can stop using Certlume and ask us to delete your account at any time.
