This policy explains what Certlume collects when you use the web site and the mobile app, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what the service needs to work.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Your study data: the exams you enroll in, your quiz answers and scores, your saved questions, and daily counts of quizzes and AI answers used, so your progress is the same on every device.
- Purchases: which plan you bought, when, and for how long. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
- Feedback: what you send us from the Feedback page.
- Questions to the AI tutor: the question you ask and the quiz item it is about.
- On your device: the browser or app keeps a random device id (used only to limit how often the service can be called), your theme, and a copy of your study data for offline use.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell your data.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers for hosting, sign-in and data storage, payments, and writing the AI tutor’s answers. They process your data only to provide those services to us. Purchases in the mobile app go through Apple or Google.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and study data while you have an account. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete your study data and feedback.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at any time. Send your request from the Feedback page while signed in.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app for important changes.
